Arrester: 9kV/10KA Gapless arrester

Product Introduction

Under normal circumstances, the arrester is in the cut-off state. When the voltage applied on the arrester exceeds its protection value, the arrester will be connected. In this case, the resistance will drop and the current is discharged into the ground. Therefore, it can limit the overvoltage and hence protects the connected electrical equipment.

 Different from the general products in the market, ELEC uses the varistors (Zinc Oxide) from Japan, and the quality is stable and guaranteed. The internal varistors are wrapped with fiberglass to ensure sufficient mechanical strength. The outside layer is high insulation silicone rubber which maintains the arrester surface to be dust and dirt free and hence ensures the needed insulation properties.
