Laminate Boards

Product Introduction

Besides providing BMC insulation solutions, ELEC also base on design need, supply other insulation options which include FR4, G10 & GPO3 etc. laminate board, measuring 1020mm(width) * 1220mm(length) and thickness of 0.5mm~25mm. They are glass fiber reinforced plastics and are UL certified.

We can supply laminate boards according to specific customer need, e.g. Tg points, halogen-free, high temperature resistance etc, and perform cutting process based on drawing requirements.
