En-Liang Chu-Bei Factory (NEW)

En-Liang specializes in the development and production of composite materials for the Electrical and Electronics industries as well as the manufacture of a wide range of components and parts.The CT(current transformer) department which set up at 2008 is the professional CT design and production section to provide domestic and foreign companies.

Over the years En-Liang has introduced polymer composite including BMC, EPOXY and Phenolic compound. BMC and epoxy are widely used in high and low-voltage electrical systems as well as precision optic components. They play a vital part in the electrical, electronics and automotive industries. Phenolic compounds are valued for their nonflammable resistance, making them useful for materials in the construction industry. En-Liang is one of the most important suppliers of products and services in this area in both the Taiwan and global markets.En-Liang puts the customer first, emphasizes quality and R&D, and adheres to the highest principles in our operations. Moreover, our R&D and production technology have yielded outstanding products that reflect our responsibility to the world around us.In 2008, the CT department was set up and provided the professional development and production service to domestic and foreign companies.

En-Liang Hukou Factory
The factory is located on a 3,500 sq.m. site in the Hsin-chu Industrial Park in Taiwan. Since our founding in 1983 we have taken on the mission of providing TOTAL SOLUTIONS for composite materials and finished components, offering the highest quality products through ongoing research and development.
En-Liang Chu-Bei Factory (NEW)
The factory is about 7,000 sq.m and located in Chu-Bei Donghua Industrial Park and is brand new builded in 2009. It will be the new location of the CT business and other new business of En-Liang.

Highlights in En-Liang's History

• 1983, En-Liang is founded in Taiwan and BMC composite material was
   successfully developed and produced.
• 1986, molding factory was founded.
• 1989, En-Liang re-locates to the Hu-kou Industrial District in Hsin-chu to be
   closer to downstream producers.
• 1993, Chang-Hua molding factory was founded.
• 1994, Epoxy molding material was successfully developed and produced.
• 1995, En-Liang's third plant Tao-Yuan molding factory was founded.
• 1997, En-Liang was ISO-9002 certified.
• 1997, BMC material was authorized by Takeda Chemical Industries, Ltd., to be
   marketed in Japan and China under the trade name of "Polymal"..
• 1998, BMC for food application is successfully developed and approved by
   the FDA, USA.
• 1998, BMC for Injection products is introduced for use in products
   including automotive headlight housings.
• 2000, Anit-UV BMC compound is successfully developed.
• 2001, En-Liang introduces BMC for use in servo motors.
• 2002, Low-Profile BMC compound for use in optic-electronic products such
   as projectors and scanners is developed
• 2002, Non-flammable phenolic compound for use in construction materials
   is introduced
• 2003, En-Liang is certifed for ISO-9001(2000). En-Liang's conductive BMC molding compounds for FUEL CELL bipolar plate is successful developed.
• 2004, TAIPEI MRT SYSTEM confirmed EN-LIANG as a qualified Insulator provider.
• 2005, TAIPEI MRT NEIHU LINE insulators start mass production. 1000 ton compression machine join production. (The large pieces of production is possible). Wide-range CT molding technology is established.
• 2006,GIS insulation parts leakage protection molding technology established.
• 2007, Special BMC molding parts can substitute for aluminum parts which used in Printer. Partial discharge protection conductive coating technology established. ES-6 insulator which for Japanese market passed JIS C3851.
• 2009, .En-Liang CT(Current Transformer) section is established. .En-Liang new Chu-Pei factory is completed.
• 2010, En-Liang is certifed for ISO-9001,2008.

En-Liang develop a reliable quality management system include the adoption of QC engineering diagrams, operating standards manuals and complete testing equipment. These are backed by extensive testing of composite materials and finish product. We analyze every test results to ensure that all products will be at the highest quality. En-Liang's products undergo strenuous testing procedures that meet or exceed the standards anywhere else in Taiwan or overseas. En-Liang's full series of high-voltage support insulators is tested and approved by the Taiwan Electrical Research Center, making En-Liang the first company in Taiwan to have approved its entire products. In addition, En-Liang's BMC and Epoxy products are approved by UL-94V0 of the US and UL of Canada. In October 1996 En-Liang's 7.2KV high-voltage support insulators are approved after extensive testing by the Technology Research Institute in Osaka, Japan. Furthermore, En-Liang was certified for ISO-9001(2000) in May 2003.
